Salary: $90K-$120K

Stay Dry Roofing is looking for a driven sales professional to lead our team to success!

Stay Dry Roofing, LLC was founded in 2016 as a Residential and Commercial Exterior Contractor. Our Core Focus is to provide professional stress-free exterior solutions & specialize in roofing, siding, and gutters. We are looking to expand our Leadership Team with a passionate sales leader who is looking to be a part of & help lead a growing company.

The Position:

This position is for Director of Sales, one who has the higher-level capabilities to plan strategically & also is willing to get their hands dirty out in the field with the team. Must have the ability to set clear goals and manage the team to achieve objectives. This person must also have a passion around developing people and want to be a part of a growing company where communication and operational execution is key.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Director of Sales role will meet the following requirements:

• Have a track record of leading a team of outside sales professionals with varying personalities and tenure
• Be a fanatic with process and drive accountability around execution
• Be highly coachable and display a demeanor and attitude that draws respect from a sales team
• Have experience with and be able to drive self-generated leads and opportunities
• Be a goal achiever that is willing to be held accountable for your own goals
• Be able to coordinate sales efforts with various internal/external departments to ensure positive customer experience
• Demonstrate an unwavering work ethic, integrity, and sense of accountability
• Be able to use data and CRM to your advantage to drive action steps
• Have strong levels of responsibility and be highly coachable/trainable
• Be able to effectively communicate to gain and hold peoples attention
  
  

Preferred but not required:

• Experience in selling Roofing and Exteriors
• Experience with EOS
• Experience using Acculynx
  
  

Stay Dry Roofing is focused on the Indianapolis market in 2024 by building processes, having solid revenue, and laying a great foundation for future growth. We are looking for someone in this role that has the ability & desire to drive this future expansion beyond 2024.
