Stay Graceful is searching for a RN that wants to work with our LOVELY Clients in their HOME! This position is part time. Some office time with coming in and reaching out to the clients primary physicians or nurses for any referrals. Along with working with clients that have long shifts and flexible schedules. Responsibilities
- Observe and monitor patient’s condition daily and diagnose any health issues that might arise
- Observe, interpret, and follow instructions from doctors or nurses
- Assist patients with administering medications
- Assist in maintaining patient’s medical records by reaching out to patient's doctors, and other tasks as assigned by management
- Educate patients and their families about health care needs and costs
- Assist other staff as needed
- Collaborate with other staff and facilities'
