- Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Provide administrative support by preparing reports, handling correspondence, and performing data entry tasks.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Some QuickBooks experience a must.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
