About the Role:
The Office Manager will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, with a strong focus on financial management, office operations, and technology. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: This is a finance-heavy role encompassing bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and budget tracking. Experience with accounting software is essential.
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing vendor relationships, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, and handling administrative tasks.
- Technology: Utilize and manage various technology platforms relevant to the vacation rental industry, including property management software, online booking platforms, and communication tools. Troubleshooting basic technical issues and working with IT support will be required.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the office.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, property owners, guests, and vendors.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues that arise in the office environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management, with a strong emphasis on financial administration and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
- Experience with property management software or the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

- Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
