Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Local Property Manager to join our team. As an in-person property manager, you will be responsible for the direct, on-site management of luxury vacation homes along 30A. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all properties are in peak condition, that guests receive the highest level of service, and that homeowners feel confident their properties are well cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure homes are in pristine condition.
- Address guest and homeowner concerns on-site, providing face-to-face communication to build strong relationships.
- Supervise and verify the completion of maintenance and cleaning tasks, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with vendors for property repairs and upkeep, ensuring all work meets our standards.
- Provide immediate response and support for emergencies, guest requests, and maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a similar field required.
- Experience with computer systems such as Streamline and Breezeway a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in urgent situations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of property maintenance and ability to identify property-related issues.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
