What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all Stay Sculpted locations
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage staff to ensure a high-performing team
- Handle scheduling to keep our calendar full and operations seamless
- Manage inventory and ensure all locations are stocked and prepared
- Scout and secure new locations to expand our presence
- Develop and execute a strategic social media content calendar
- Create engaging content that aligns with our brand and drives customer engagement
- Ensure legal compliance across all aspects of the business
- Support the CEO with various operational and strategic initiatives
Who You Are:
- A self-starter with a “get-it-done” attitude
- Experienced in operations, social media, or both (bonus points if you’ve done it in a startup or wellness setting)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently and making things happen
- Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others feel their best
