Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 12pm-8pm

Stay True Body Piercing is a high-end, professional piercing studio dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality body jewelry. We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and organized Receptionist to join our team and help create a welcoming environment for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
• Provide information about services, aftercare, and jewelry
• Manage daily shop cleanliness and organization
• Process transactions and handle cash/card payments accurately
• Maintain an efficient flow of clients
• Keep inventory stocked and organized

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (POS systems, emails)
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Previous experience in a customer service or retail setting is a plus
• Passion for body piercing and fine jewelry is a bonus
