Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage phone systems to respond to calls promptly and assist guests as needed.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate reporting of daily operations.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to provide guests with relevant information.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries accurately.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality management by maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hospitality management principles is a plus.
- Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

Pay: $12.88 - $14.48 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week

Experience:
- Hotel experience: 2 years (Preferred)
