Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing excellent guest services throughout their dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated effectively to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to fine dining standards and presentation guidelines.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests promptly to enhance their experience.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to uphold high standards of hygiene and organization.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts, contributing to a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential.
- Experience using POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
