Job Summary
The Executive Housekeeper plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of the hotel or facility. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Manage and train housekeeping staff, providing guidance on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas of the facility.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
- Address guest complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends in housekeeping management to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hospitality setting, preferably in hotels.
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices, industrial cleaning techniques, and floor care maintenance.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
