Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure that all areas are clean and well-maintained, including guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
- Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or supplies.
- Adhere to health and safety standards while performing cleaning duties.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to implement best practices in cleanliness and organization.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Experience within the hospitality industry or hotel settings is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
