We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. and or Night Auditor. As a Front Desk Agent and or Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and guest services. Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently

- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Perform night audit duties including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Address guest issues and escalate as needed

Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or resort setting preferred
- Proficiency in guest services, front desk operations, and night audit procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest situations effectively

- Knowledge of guest relations and hospitality industry standards
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
