Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Assist in overseeing daily operations for both the Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites, ensuring adherence to brand standards and policies.
- Guest Relations: Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor hotel staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment while promoting a culture of excellence in service.
- Sales and Marketing:
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue for both properties.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Assist in planning and implementing promotional events, packages, and marketing campaigns to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue reports, expenses, and budgets, to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in creating and managing budgets, forecasting, and cost control measures to optimize profitability.
- Room and Rate Management: Utilize revenue management strategies to optimize room rates, occupancy, and revenue performance for both hotels.
- Staff Scheduling: Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times while minimizing labor costs.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure a safe and compliant environment for both guests and employees by adhering to health, safety, and operational standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operations, financial performance, and sales activities to the General Manager.
