About Us: Staybridge Suites Irvine is a premier IHG hotel located in Irvine, dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a skilled Night Auditor with strong experience in IHG hotel night audits to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and resolving discrepancies.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and correct any issues related to financial reports and guest accounts.
- Support the front desk management team by training front desk staff on Opera Property Management System (PMS) skills and best practices.
- Ensure all financial and operational procedures are followed accurately.
- Provide excellent guest service and address any issues or concerns that arise during the night shift.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Night Auditor in an IHG hotel or similar setting.
- Strong proficiency in PMS systems and hotel financial reconciliation.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
