Breakfast Attendant

Overview
As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast items for the morning breakfast buffet, ensuring cleanliness and organization in the dining area, and providing exceptional guest services. This position requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Duties

• Prepare and set up breakfast items, including hot and cold food options.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service.
• Buss tables promptly to ensure a tidy environment for guests.
• Assist guests with their needs, providing information about menu items and ensuring satisfaction.
• Brew coffee and prepare beverages as requested by guests.
• Adhere to food safety standards during food preparation and service.
• Perform meat cutting and other food preparation tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively to coordinate food service.

Skills

• Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
• Ability to help guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Proficient in food preparation techniques, including knife skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
