Key Responsibilities for the Hotel Sales Coordinator include:
- Handling administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports, processing bookings, and managing databases.
- Maintain communication with potential clients to schedule meetings, send proposals, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and travel agents to drive business.
- Assist with managing group reservations, ensuring that clients' needs are met, including room blocks, meeting rooms, and special requests.
- Event Planning Coordination: Work with the events team to secure and manage group bookings, conferences, and special events.
- Promotional Activities: Develop and oversee promotional campaigns, advertising, and marketing initiatives to attract guests.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to hotel management.
- Brand Representation: Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel’s services and build brand awareness.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments, such as operations and front desk, to ensure a seamless guest experience and maximize revenue opportunities.
