Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Breakfast Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive social experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, and coordinating drinks with our guests.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the host stand.
- Serve our guests during their social engagements
- Foster positive guest relations by ensuring all guests feel valued and appreciated during their visit.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience in guest services or food service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
- Knowledge of hotel or restaurant industry standards is a plus.
