Job Title: Breakfast Attendant
Location: Lewes, DE
Salary: $15.00 $17.00/hr Seasonal Bonus
6 HOURS SHIFT

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing the breakfast bar for hotel guests while greeting and servicing them in a friendly manner consistent with the brand and/or hotel standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Carry food, dishes, trays, or silverware from the pantry to serving counters
- Set up attractive food displays and maintain cleanliness to ensure food safety
- Wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths
- Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet
- Responsible for restocking items and reporting items needed to Manager, cleaning tables, mopping floors, cleaning toaster, microwave, coffee machine, and food displays
- Maintain adequate supplies of items such as clean glassware, dishes, or trays
- Stock cabinets or serving areas with condiments and refill condiment containers
- Locate and provide items requested by guests
- Clean up spilled food, drink, or broken dishes and remove trash
- Practice safe work habits and use the required safety equipment
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of hotel offerings and information
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous food and beverage experience preferred or equivalent training
- Must be a morning person and extremely professional and customer service oriented
- Food Handling Certificate a plus
- Proactive approach with exceptional initiative and problem-solving abilities
