Duties
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, budgeting, and cash handling.
- Oversee team management to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct staff training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in food management and customer service.
- Maintain POS systems to ensure accurate transactions and reporting.
- Implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to minimize waste while meeting customer demand.
