What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Agent position at Staybridge Suites?

We are looking for an energetic individual for our Guest Services Agent Position. Candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively, work with others, a professional appearance and positive attitude with exceptional customer service. Experience with a total understanding of all hotel front desk procedures is a plus. This position and will include morning (7-3) and evening (3-11) shifts and will require weekends.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests at the front desk with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for guests.
- Utilize hotel experience to address guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities.
- Demonstrate phone etiquette when answering and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Engage in guest relations to address any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience throughout their stay.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.50 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Hotel Experience: 1 year (Required)
