What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at Staybridge Suites?
Responsibilities:
- This will be a position where you will work 2 days night shift and 2 days second shift. Greet and check-in guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls, transferring to appropriate departments or taking messages as needed
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Prepare daily reports, including balancing accounts and reconciling discrepancies
- Assist with night audit procedures, including reviewing and verifying guest accounts and charges
- Ensure the safety and security of the property by monitoring surveillance cameras and reporting any suspicious activity
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
Please note that this position requires working overnight shifts.
