Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently between designated locations. This role requires excellent driving skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The Shuttle Driver will also be responsible for maintaining the vehicle in good working condition and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
Duties
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles, including vans, motor coaches, or limousines, to transport passengers to their destinations.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicle at all times.
- Communicate effectively with passengers regarding routes, schedules, and any changes that may occur during transit.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from the vehicle, ensuring a comfortable experience.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and any incidents that occur during transit.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in shuttle driving, van driving, or similar roles is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance checks on the vehicle is a plus.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with passengers and team members.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns is advantageous.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policy.

Pay: $14.50 - $17.51 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
