Room Attendant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including residential homes, hotels, or industrial facilities. This position requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards.
• Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established protocols for waste disposal and recycling.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Skills

• Proficiency in floor care techniques and equipment operation.
• Strong background in hospitality or custodial services with an emphasis on cleanliness.
• Experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning environments is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is beneficial.
