Job Summary :
We are looking for a motivated and innovative Operations Director to lead our hospitality operations in Germany. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing multiple sites in the German hospitality sector and excel at combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with General Managers and local leaders to ensure our company’s vision is aligned and maintain a strong, cohesive culture across all properties.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and ensure financial objectives are met or exceeded.
- Work closely with teams across sales, marketing, finance, F&B, and HR to promote our brand values and ensure high performance across all properties.
- Regularly review guest feedback and audit scores, implementing strategies to enhance the guest experience continually.
- Lead new property openings, ensuring they align with brand standards from day one and are set up for long-term success.
- Provide ongoing support to new locations post-launch to maintain quality and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with the HR team to nurture talent, encourage career growth, and promote a culture of excellence and high performance.
