We are currently seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Housekeepers, Inspectors and Launderers. Responsibilities
Cleaning and Preparation
- Perform thorough cleaning of vacation homes before and after guest stays.
- Pay special attention to high-touch surfaces, amenities, and guest necessities.
- Ensure each home is meticulously prepared to meet our high standards.
Linen and House Supply Management
- Manage and replenish linens, towels, and other supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular house supply checks and report any shortages or damages promptly.
Laundry
- Wash, dry, fold, and linens, towels, and other textiles used in guest accommodations
- Sort and organize laundry items efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area
Guest Interaction
- Provide a warm welcome to guests and address any immediate concerns or requests.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests.
Maintenance Reporting
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or repairs needed to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a vacation rental or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift, push and pull 50 pounds
Requirements
- Drivers license
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
What We Offer
- Paid Time Off (after 90 days) - Starting at 40 hours per year (prorated)
