Job Title: Bulk Trash Removal Specialist/ Truck Operator

Job Description:

We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Bulk Trash Removal Specialist/ Truck Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our truck to various locations, primarily commercial properties, to include apartment complexes. You will be required to load / remove, unload and dispose of bulk trash items per our STC guidelines and landfill regulations. You will work with a small team and sometimes independently, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and professional service.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the company truck to/from job sites and landfill safely and responsibly

• Load and remove bulk items, including furniture, appliances, and other items as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized truck, supplies, and equipment

• Engage in periodic communication with clients/STC team members as needed

• Follow company safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record / criminal background check

• Physical ability to lift heavy items and work in various weather conditions

• Previous experience in junk removal, moving, or manual labor is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude

• Must be punctual, dependable, and have a positive attitude
