Director of Therapy Services – Therapy Services—Inpatient / Home Health – Full Time (Days)

What To Expect As a Director Of Therapy Services
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions.
- Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and preventative measures.
- Provide leadership in program and service development, and associated billing, coding, and charge issues.
- Act as a liaison between local agencies and hospital.
- Maintain department QI program and statistics and participates in house wide initiatives.
- Develop and revise policies and procedures.
- Responsible and ensure the Fiscal Budget is completed for the Therapy Services Department.
- Review staffing patterns, check attendance, and revise the daily staff schedule as necessary.
- Investigate and report concerns timely to the CNO.
- Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
- DPT preferred
- 2-3 years of experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Supervision
- BLS required
