Occupational Therapist – Therapy Services – Home Health and / or Inpatient – PRN (Days)

What to expect as an Occupational Therapist :
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, communication, and cognitive skills
- Utilize evidence-based techniques and modalities to enhance rehab outcomes
- Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures
- Offer guidance on home exercise programs to support ongoing progress
- Communicate effectively with providers, nurses, and other team members to coordinate care plans
