Security Representative Nights

A Security Representative job in Paterson, WA is available at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (SMWE) based out of our Columbia Crest Winery. The Security Representative will maintain a safe environment for both guests and employees at Columbia Crest Winery. This is a weekend and night shift full-time position requiring a valid driver's license and the ability to work a flexible work schedule. You must be able to stand, walk for extended periods of time, and worked in various weather conditions.

 Security Representative job responsibilities include: 

• Conduct patrols and security checks of the winery grounds and buildings.
• Crowd control and policy enforcement during events.
• Incident reporting when applicable.
• Administering first aid (when certified).
• Support a 24/7 operational need and be assigned a weekend/ nightshift position
• Basic computer skills in order to maintain logs and reports
• Be able to learn security system software programs
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

 Security Representative Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency required
• Must be 21 years of age (Alcohol)
• Prior Security experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs. 
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to walk up and down stairs.
• Able to work a flexible work schedule, varying hours during the week and weekends.
• First aid training will be provided by Supervisor.
• Must have valid driver’s license with acceptable record.
• History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.

Your Compensation:

$18.50/hr. - $22.36/hr. based upon relevant experience.
