Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will support our office operations by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. This role requires strong computer literacy and proficiency in QuickBooks. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting the HR Payroll Manager with daily tasks.
Duties
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a professional environment.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Proofread documents for accuracy.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and collections experience a plus.
- Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed.
- Act as a personal assistant to management when required, handling confidential information with discretion.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is required.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
