What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technology/Service Manager position at Steadfast Employment?
We are hiring for a Technology / Service Manager! Task include manage information technology and computer systems, ensuring technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software. Responsible for reporting service-related information, providing first-line computer assistance to staff members, attends all agency sponsored events. You will need to update company website or any social media accounts. You will learn and cross-train on all current and future software applications used by the agency except those used in Accounting and Human Resources departments. Monitor contracts for all technology-based services.
Other task will include :
- Evaluate and recommend upgrade of computer system(s), including software management and development.
- Troubleshoot and maintain computer and technology systems ( e.g. camera systems, telephones, access badges, timekeeping, printers, alarm systems, tablets, etc.)
- Monitor contracts for all technology-based services accessed by (phone bill, internet, software, etc.)
- Oversee data entry for all services, including but not limited to Transportation, Nutrition, Senior Centers, In-Home, etc.
- Enter services supplied by Transportation, Nutrition, and other departments in a timely manner.
- Monitor units of service to reconcile with available funding per certain guidelines.
- Work with Accountant / Compliance Manager to establish budget units for services.
- Develop and manage IT budget with the Accountant / Compliance Manager and the Executive Director.
- May be asked to report to work post-disaster, when deemed necessary by the Executive Director and when the facilities have been declared “safe”.
- Experience with WordPress is PREFERRED.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must have knowledge of computer hardware and technology systems by the agency.
- Must have organizational skills and administrative skills, along with maintaining standards for confidentiality.
- Must be able to meet deadlines, excellent communication skills.
- Must have reliable transportation and good driving record- work duties may include performing errands outside of work.
Salary : $22 - $27
