A growing construction company in the Winter Garden area is seeking a dynamic AR Specialist.
Requirements:
- 2 years AR experience, construction or healthcare industry experience highly preferred
- Intermediate Excel skills (V-Lookups & Pivot Tables) is a must
- QuickBooks or Sage experience preferred
- Experience working with lien releases and NTOs a plus
- Soft B2B Collections experience required (professional approach, no high-pressure collections approaches)
- Experience with high-volume AR aging reporting experience is a must
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is a must
Benefits/Details:
- Compensation range depending on experience: $25 - $30 per hour (based on experience level) yearly evaluation to assess reviewing the possibility of cost-of-living increases
