Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a strong security presence to deter unauthorized activities
- Monitor premises through foot patrols and surveillance systems
- Enforce site-specific rules and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and visitors
- Respond promptly to incidents and write detailed incident reports
- Ensure compliance with company and client policies, including proper uniform standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior security experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability
- Ability to follow post orders and maintain a high level of vigilance
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Must be in proper uniform at all times while on duty
- Valid Guard card
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Open availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to use and operate a smart phone
- Ability to operate a Golf cart
