Security Post Commander Job Summary :
Steadfast Security is seeking a dedicated and professional Security Post Commander to monitor and coordinate security operations to maintain a secure and safe environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately reporting and documenting incidents during assigned shifts, supervising and training new security officers, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and coordinate security operations to ensure a safe premises.
- Accurately report and document incidents and unusual activities during shifts.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate security officers for appearance, alertness, and performance.
- Communicate company policies and procedures to all staff.
- Respond promptly to open shifts and assist with client complaints.
- Support investigations of accidents, thefts, and other unlawful activities.
- Stand post at client locations as needed for emergencies or additional support.
- Inspect and replace equipment used by security officers.
