Overview

Seeking a Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join their growing team in California, PA . This role will be responsible for providing Home Health care to patients in the local area in the comfort of their own home!

Top Skills Required:

• 1 year of professional experience as an RN (Home Health experience preferred)
• Active RN License in the State of PA
• Associates Degree (or higher) in Nursing
• BLS and CPR Certification (if you don't have this - we will help you get it!)
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance

What you need to know:

• On-call Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Scheduled to see patients during the day Saturday/Sunday (8 units per day)
• Support patients in California, PA and surrounding areas
• Full Benefits (Health, Dental, and Vision)

Comp Range:

Pay-Per-Visit position with a 6-month orientation pay guarantee! $3K Per pay period stipend guaranteed for the 6 months.

• Estimated Annual Earnings: $77-100K
• Per Visit Rate: Ranges from $42-52/visit
• $15K Sign-On Bonus (paid out quarterly over the course a year)
• Outcome based Bonus ($1K per quarter)
• This is an unlimited income opportunity!**This is a Pay Per Visit position

Schedule:

Hours: Fulltime | 40hrs per week

• On-call Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Spend ~20% of the day driving to/from patient locations
• Schedules are build a month in advance

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher
• RN Experience (1 years)
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois (PA)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) or American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance.
