Position Overview:
- Part-time position, availability within core working hours Monday - Friday (10am - 5pm CST)
- Reports to: Director of Product Implementations
- Work Location: Hybrid - St. Louis, MO
- Located in St. Louis, MO
- Enrolled in a program for healthcare administration, software development, or related areas of study

- Support cross functional teams to plan, develop, and implement product enhancements
- Develop a working understanding of the platform to support day to day operations
- Ability to independently investigate bugs needing triage
- Ability to document clear user steps to recreate an issue
- Be creative and suggest workarounds to help reduce negative impacts of issues on end users
- Communicate established product priorities
- Capture notes during development team ceremonies
- Clarify the development team's questions about acceptance criteria with stakeholders
- Draft documentation for upcoming platform changes
- Configure the platform to support changing program requirements and new feature implementations
- Collect performance metrics to measure team progress
- Complete system audits as directed
- Additional duties as assigned
- Compensation: $15 per hour.
