Located in the W Hotel, Steak 954 a modern update on the classic steakhouse with an indulgent menu, locally sourced seafood, and a global wine selection. Whilst El Vez, with deep roots in regional Mexican cooking, the menu is built around guacamoles, fundidos, ceviches, tacos, quesadillas and enchiladas made from scratch with authenticity in mind. Our IRD team is now seeking a Banquet Prep Cook to join our team.

Qualified candidates will have:
- A minimum of 1 years of experience as a Prep Cook working in a well-rated restaurant or Hotel/
- Culinary degree is a plus
