**Job Title:** Steak Escape Manager

**Position Classification:** Full Time
**Reports To:** Branded Food Supervisor
**Manages:** Food Service Clerk, Assistant Manager
**Minimum Education:** High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
**Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry boxes and/or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds;
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (95%), Sit (5%);
- Ability to climb, balance, reach, grasp, stoop, crawl, bend, and crouch for extended periods;
- Ability to use close, distant, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and visual focus.
- Ability to smell and identify odors;
- Ability to clearly hear and interpret voice commands and telephone communications;
**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Recruit, train, and manage all employees.
- Communicate and enforce company policies and handbooks.
- Provide employee coaching and document progressive discipline when necessary.
- Schedule labor in accordance with federal wage and hour regulations.
- Schedule Assistant Manager to work when the Manager is not on duty.
- Ensure the food service area and equipment are clean, secure, safe, and properly maintained.
- Strictly enforce uniform and dress code as outlined by the branded food concept.
- Verify that all employees working in the branded food area have a valid Food Handlers card.
- Manage inventory of supplies and products; order supplies and products as needed.
- Ensure food items and portions meet branded food regulations.
- Monitor and minimize waste; ensure all waste is recorded and disposed of properly.
- Conduct weekly inventories to measure accurate food costs in relation to sales.
- Understand and execute all security and emergency protocols.
