We are looking for those willing to learn ALL aspects of running a restaurant to include preparing, cooking and assembling the guest orders. Also working the drive-thru, making milk shakes and assisting guests in our dining room. With a sense of detail, productivity, and concentration, all team members are an essential element in the success of Steak 'n Shake. They ensure order delivery on time, fresh and accurate, for ultra-happy customers!
As members become certified at new work locations, pay increases are awarded. Performance reviews are completed at 30-days, 60-days, 90-days, 6-month and then annually for ALL full-time staff with an opportunity for pay increases.
