Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Manager to join our Steak ‘n Shake team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our high standards of food quality and customer service are met. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and quality service.
• Oversee inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
• Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain food safety standards.
• Implement budgeting strategies to manage costs effectively while maximizing profitability.
• Coordinate catering services and banquet events as needed.
• Utilize Aloha POS system for order management and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety practices.
• Lead shift management activities to maintain smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and budgeting processes.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food service.
• Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
