What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff Research Engineer position at Stealth AI Startup?
Currently partnered with a stealth startup who are building an AI model capable of quantitive reasoning on par with a human engineer.
This model will disrupt a number of different engineering industries from building systems, aerospace, industrial, automotive and beyond.
What we're looking for :
- Education background in Physics, Mathematics, CS or anyone with a strong understanding in Neural Networks.
- Post-Training models experience.
- Fine tuning large open source LLM models.
- RAG experience.
- All round foundation model expert.
This role has 7 figure total comp and is equity heavy (strong base on offer too) and you'll be working with some of the best engineers in the industry including the ex CTO of two 100,000 employee companies.
Hybrid in SF - Super quick IV process.
