As a Cannabis Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting the right cannabis products, and ensuring a positive and informative experience. Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about different strains, products, and consumption methods - Assist customers in selecting the appropriate cannabis products based on their needs and preferences
- Educate customers on the effects, benefits, and potential risks of various cannabis products - Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Maintain knowledge of current regulations and compliance requirements
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked with inventory
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and age verification procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively explain complex information to customers
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Experience in electronics sales or similar field is an advantage
- Cash handling experience with basic math skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficient in phone etiquette and time management
