The selected candidates will operate within a tightly coordinated team,, where discretion, skill and judgment are paramount. This is not a standard rotary assignment. It requires individuals who are accustomed to asymmetric environments, complex operating profiles and dynamic mission execution.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Pilot-in-Command aboard the Airbus H225M; executing missions involving multi-domain coordination, urban navigation and long-range aerial operations under variable environmental and conditions.
- Conduct point-to-point air mobility for high-value personnel and sensitive cargo with heightened discretion and adherence to Stealth security protocols directives.
- Support aerial deployment of internal protection elements, including the Stealth Physical Security Force, into both urban and remote operational locations.
- Coordinate with ground and strategic assets for joint-response flight operations, ensuring alignment across mission elements in rapidly shifting operational environments.
- Execute day and night operations with proficiency in NVG, IR-guided routing and non-GPS-reliant navigation methods.
- Support contingency airlift and rapid departure under compressed timelines; with an emphasis on silence, speed and security directives.
- Maintain readiness and execute ad hoc tasking with minimal notice, often involving routes outside traditional flight corridors.
- Participate in flight testing, aerial evaluations and equipment qualification related to specialized onboard systems and advanced avionics integration.
- Ensure continuous operational certification through internal simulation, live-fly training, and participation in irregular operational rehearsals.
Qualifications:
- Must possess an active, transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government-issued security clearance before applying and starting
- Minimum 3,000 hours total rotary-wing flight time, with 750 hours on heavy-lift / multi-engine platforms such as Super Puma, Blackhawk or equivalent.
- FAA Commercial Rotorcraft License required; Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) preferred.

- Demonstrated proficiency in: confined-area landings, coastal and over-water operations, non-permissive airspace navigation; and flight envelope expansion under operational duress
- Familiarity with secure transport protocols, high-value target mobility, and emergency departure support.
- Previous flight roles involving multi-agency coordination, non-standard routing or deconfliction in degraded or jammed environments preferred.
- Experience with rotary ISR integration, live asset overwatch and communication-denied maneuvering highly beneficial.
- Confidence operating in environments where no-fail execution is the baseline expectation.
- Experience coordinating logistics or movement of secure payloads under compartmentalized conditions
- Familiarity with posture readiness assessments, mobility tables and deployment configuration reviews within structured operational frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to operate with tight operational compartmentalization, verbal brevity and mission-first thinking.
