Stealth Communications is seeking a Senior Travel & Logistics Coordinator to oversee travel logistics for our personnel and VIPs engaged in operations worldwide. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion and the ability to manage complex, mission-critical travel operations in dynamic environments.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience coordinating secure travel, ensuring regulatory compliance and managing contingency planning. With a focus on national and international operations, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics for diplomatic, executive AND for specialized travel ops, particularly in key global regions such as INDOPAC MENA and Eurasia.
This role will work closely with Stealth’s Physical Security Force, Jet Operations, Intelligence Services to ensure seamless and secure travel execution.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute confidential travel itineraries: including flights, secure accommodations and transport for our personnel
- Ensure compliance with federal and international travel regulations: including coordination with diplomatic entities, host nation officials and multinational security frameworks
- Coordinate with Stealth Jet Operations to facilitate secure air travel, including specialized transport, priority routing and contingency flight planning
- Oversee high security transport operations, managing specialized transport services, armored vehicles and rapid-extraction protocols in collaboration with Stealth Physical Security Force
- Facilitate diplomatic clearances and secure border crossings, liaising with global agencies, defense organizations and secure facility administrators
- Monitor geopolitical risks and regional security concerns, proactively adjusting itineraries based on real-time intelligence reports from Stealth Intelligence Services
- Execute emergency response and contingency planning, developing exfiltration routes, relocation protocols and secure safe-zone arrangements for personnel in high-risk areas.
- Ensure secure access to restricted destinations: aligning travel with government regulations, Stealth security protocols and intelligence-based risk assessments
- Manage multi-theater operational logistics, supporting ongoing activities in high-priority regions, including the INDOPAC and MENA
- May be required to remain on-call to facilitate real-time travel adjustments, responding to operational changes, security alerts and operational contingencies as needed
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance issued by the U.S. government (required before starting)
- 13 years of experience in government, defense, or intelligence-related travel coordination, managing logistics for VIPs, security personnel or diplomatic missions
- Proven ability to handle confidential, high-risk travel, including deployments to politically sensitive regions
- Deep understanding of national security protocols and defense travel regulations, with experience in special access program coordination
- Hands-on experience navigating international diplomatic clearance processes, liaising with foreign affairs officials and multinational security teams
- Familiarity with secure, low-profile travel strategies that ensure safe movement in restricted or contested areas
- Expertise in rapid redeployment and emergency extraction planning, ensuring personnel can be safely relocated with minimal exposure
- Experience working with private aviation, military air transport and secure flight planning in coordination with Stealth Jet Operations
- Proven track record of coordinating travel security with specialized protection teams, including physical security force for on-ground security and transport safety
- Ability to interpret intelligence reports and risk assessments, integrating insights from Stealth Intelligence Services into travel planning
- Strong operational awareness with the ability to adapt to fast-changing mission needs... including last-minute itinerary shifts and contingency planning
- Prior experience in specialized aviation logistics, including arranging military or government-chartered flights
- Familiarity with encrypted communication tools and secure mobile networks to ensure protected in-transit updates
- Knowledge of HUMINT and SIGINT based travel risk assessments: using intelligence reports to identify and mitigate potential threats
- Ability to coordinate multi-theater operations, providing logistical support for specialized deployments across Europe, Latin America, Africa and Eurasia
