Key Responsibilities:
- Lead management:
- Contact and engage with leads assigned through our online funnel.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of each lead to determine the most suitable service offering.
- Provide detailed information and guidance on our services, ensuring potential clients feel confident in their decision-making process.
- Pipeline management:
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with all leads.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Reporting and Feedback:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback on the sales process and customer needs to help refine our offerings and sales strategies.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, challenges, and successes.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 2 years of experience in consumer or SMB sales (e.g., mortgages, loans, education, legal services)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools (Hubspot and/or Salesforce is a plus)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Work Ethic:

Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
