Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead management:
  • Contact and engage with leads assigned through our online funnel.
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of each lead to determine the most suitable service offering.
  • Provide detailed information and guidance on our services, ensuring potential clients feel confident in their decision-making process.
  • Pipeline management:
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with all leads.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Feedback:
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback on the sales process and customer needs to help refine our offerings and sales strategies.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, challenges, and successes.


Requirements:


  • Experience:
  • 2 years of experience in consumer or SMB sales (e.g., mortgages, loans, education, legal services)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools (Hubspot and/or Salesforce is a plus)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Work Ethic:
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and improve your sales techniques.

Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
