Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Outreach:
- Conduct 200 outbound calls daily to connect with potential leads.
- Qualify prospects of inbound leads and ensure a seamless handoff to Account Executives.
- Utilize email, call and text channels to complement your outreach efforts.
- Appointment Setting:
- Schedule high-quality appointments for Account Executives, ensuring prospects are well-informed and interested.
- Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and address questions or concerns.
- Lead and Pipeline Management:
- Research and identify new leads to build a robust pipeline.
- Maintain meticulous records of prospect interactions in the CRM system (HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Collaboration and Feedback:
- Work closely with Account Executives to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Provide insights from prospect interactions to help improve strategies and messaging.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 1 years in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound-focused role.
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed outbound activity and appointment-setting targets.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to quickly learn and communicate complex information.
- Work Ethic:
