Project Manager
Duties:
- Oversee and manage projects to ensure successful execution and capture of labor, materials and equipment
- Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Provide guidance and support to jobsite managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Collaborate with project team to ensure scope of work is followed and all extra work outside of the scope are captured properly.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular project reviews to assess project health and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among management and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management) or Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of alignment sheets/prints.
- Experience managing pipeline construction projects is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
