Job Overview: Seeking a highly motivated technician to directly assist engineering in R&D production/manufacture. Program success is directly dependent on quality, reliability, cost, manufacturability, and throughput of flight and test hardware.

Job Overview: Seeking a highly motivated technician to directly assist engineering in R&D production/manufacture. Program success is directly dependent on quality, reliability, cost, manufacturability, and throughput of flight and test hardware.
Key Responsibilities
- Proven experience (e.g., 2 years) in avionics installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Hands-on experience with wire harness fabrication, assembly, and testing.
- Familiarity with aerospace standards for wiring and connector assemblies (e.g., MIL-spec standards).
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, including signal integrity, grounding, flight-readiness and shielding.
- Board bring-up and troubleshooting
- Experience with crimping, soldering, and connector pinning tools.
- Knowledge of testing equipment like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and wire testing tools.
- 3 years of experience in relevant/related fields
- Project based experience
- Direct experience with integrated flight-rated avionics packages
- Start-up experience
