Summary :
Client is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of business litigation experience to join the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group in our Orlando office.
Ideal candidate must be a persuasive legal writer and oral advocate and will have substantial experience with complex business litigation matters in state and federal courts, including conducting and managing written and document discovery, researching and drafting pleadings, motions and other court filings, conducting / defending depositions, preparing witnesses for testimony, appearing for status conferences, and arguing motions in both state and federal court.
Participation in settlement conferences and negotiations and experience with trial preparation is preferred.
Qualified candidate must have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, an exceptional work ethic, and must be comfortable having direct interaction with partners and clients.

To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and must be in good standing and an active member of the Florida Bar.

Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
