Job Description
Primary Functions:
- Support Service Field Department by supervising installation of products at the customers facility.
- Provide Customer Service Support including site visits to evaluate and resolve problems.
- Check orders as released from Design Engineering for errors, functionability, and manufacturability.
- Resolve manufacturing issues on the plant floor.
- Conduct time & motion studies to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Determine tool and fixture needs for current and future production requirements.
- Continuous Improvement
- Capital Projects
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field. (Electrical Engineering preferred)
- 3 years of prior relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of CAD (Solidworks preferred)
- Programmable Logic Controller programming experience is preferred.
- Ability to efficiently troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems from schematics.
- Thorough knowledge of hydraulic power systems and controls.
- Working knowledge of welding and steel fabrication techniques.
- Robotic welding knowledge and experience a bonus.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
